INGREDIENTS

1 shot Spekboom Gin

2 shots fresh tangerine juice

1 shot Elderflower, Marigold & Orange Blossom Cordial Liqueur

15ml fresh lemon juice 1 egg white, room temperature (preferably organic)

60ml sparkling water

GARNISH

Tangerine wedge, fresh juniper, or thyme sprig. You can also use any seasonal citrus.

METHOD

Fizz up a good time with our fresh, tangy Juniper Tangerine Gin Fizz. Perfect for pre-dinner drinks with friends or anytime you’re in the mood for something refreshing. A drink that’s easy to make and even easier to enjoy!

In a cocktail shaker, combine the following: Spekboom Gin, Elderflower, Marigold & Orange Blossom Cordial Liqueur, lemon and tangerine juices, and egg white. 

1. Place the lid on and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.  

2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 2 minutes until the shaker is very cold (yes, that long!).  

3. Strain into a glass.  

4. Pour sparkling water into the shaker, swirling it around to pick up the rest of the foam and pour it into the glass.  

5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh juniper or thyme and a tangerine wedge. Enjoy.
